To manage, grow, and strengthen the company's social media presence through engaging content, audience engagement, and strategic campaigns that increase brand awareness, property visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that showcases properties, projects, company activities, client testimonials, and industry insights.
- Develop content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media channels.
- Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, and maintain positive audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and design teams to create campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive property sales.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to improve brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to enhance the company's digital presence.
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain an active online community around the company's brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong copywriting, content creation, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
Added Advantage
- Experience working as a Social Media Marketer within the real estate, property development, construction, or property management industry will be an added advantage.
- Experience creating content and running campaigns that generate leads for property sales, leasing, or real estate investment opportunities will be highly preferred.
