Handle all incoming inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins professionally Provide accurate information about products, prices, availability, and delivery timelines Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times Receive, confirm, and process customer orders on ERP / SageLiaise with Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics to ensure timely dispatch and delivery Follow up on pending orders and provide daily order status updates Log all customer complaints in the Complaint Register Resolve low-level issues within 24 hours Escalate technical, quality, or payment complaints to QA, Finance, or Sales Manager Ensure closure and feedback to customer
