Operations Manager

Responsibilties
- Oversee daily business operations.
- Supervise employees and operational teams.
- Ensure services are delivered to clients as agreed.
- Prepare and monitor work schedules and staff deployment.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff performance.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Manage operational resources, equipment, vehicles, and materials.
- Identify and resolve operational problems.
- Monitor service quality and customer complaints.
- Coordinate logistics and field activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor operational costs and reduce unnecessary expenses.
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance requirements are followed.
- Work with HR to address staffing and disciplinary issues.
- Liaise with clients regarding service delivery and operational concerns.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years experience.
