Facility Manager
a Growing Aquaculture and Fish Processing Company
Specific Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Food Science, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in facility management, production supervision, inventory control, and staff coordination.
- Ability to oversee fish farming, processing, packaging, quality assurance and daily operations.
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and profitability.

- Applicants must demonstrate integrity, professionalism, commitment to excellence, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
