Service Delivery and Planning Specialist

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery & Planning Specialist to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise service delivery operations.
- The ideal candidate will ensure timely, high-quality service implementation while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Network Operations, Sales, and Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all service delivery and field deployment activities to meet customer requirements and company standards.
- Oversee service planning, risk assessment, and quality assurance of installations and deployments.
- Supervise solution architecture, service planning specialists, and field engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Drive service quality improvement, documentation compliance, and adherence to SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure all materials, bandwidth, and support structures meet quality benchmarks.
- Provide technical presales support and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in telecoms/ICT/ISP service delivery, planning, or operations.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CWNA, or Mikrotik are required; Project Management certification is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN/WLAN, Microwave/Fibre technologies, and network design (HLD/LLD).
- Proven leadership, coordination, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000/month.
