Operations Assistant

*Job Title: Operations Assistant* Location: Asokoro, Lagos

• Job Summary*

Our client is looking for an Operations Assistant to support day-to-day inventory management and customer order processing. This role bridges the gap between customer service and fulfillment to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time. *Key Responsibilities*

• Assist with daily inventory checks, stock counts, and updating inventory records
• Process customer orders: confirm details, package items, and coordinate with dispatch
• Track incoming and outgoing stock; flag low stock or discrepancies to supervisor
• Update order status and communicate delays to the customer service team
• Receive and arrange new stock deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized storage/workspace
• Support with basic record-keeping and filing of invoices/waybills
• Run other operational errands as assigned

*Requirements*

• SSCE or equivalent; experience in retail, logistics, or operations is a plus
• Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets or inventory app knowledge
• Good communication skills and ability to work with customer service team
• Must reside in or around Asokoro for easy commute
• Available to work 5 days per week
