Lawyer / Legal Associate (NYSC)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and briefs.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Assist with litigation and preparation of court processes.
- Attend court proceedings, client meetings, and other professional engagements as required.
- Assist with corporate and regulatory matters, including relevant filings.
- Manage and maintain client files and legal documentation.
- Support senior associates and partners on assigned matters.
- Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments.
- Perform other legal and administrative duties as may be assigned.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience.
