CNG Plant Manager

Job Purpose
- The CNG Plant Manager will be responsible for the overall management, operation, and maintenance of Bayshore Technologies' Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Plant.
- The role is responsible for ensuring optimal plant performance, maintaining high operational uptime, driving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with all applicable quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a minimum of 98% plant uptime.
- Oversee plant operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Monitor operational costs and drive efficiency.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on plant performance and maintenance.
- Provide industry insights and recommendations on market and regulatory trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in plant management, CNG operations, or the energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of CNG systems, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with ISO management systems is an added advantage.
Salary
N500,000 / Month.
