Sales Support Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Officer to provide operational and administrative support to the Sales and E-Business teams.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in ICCL audit handling, customer data management, tariff filing, and revenue-related support.
- This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to ensure operational efficiency and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales and E-Business departments.
- Handle ICCL audit processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of customer data and records.
- Prepare, submit, and verify tariff filings and ensure timely processing.
- Support customer service by resolving rate- and revenue-related issues promptly.
- Assist in monitoring sales operations, preparing reports, and maintaining relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in Sales Support, Customer Operations, E-Business, or a similar role.
- Experience in ICCL audit handling, customer data management, and tariff filing is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
