New Business Vertical - Managing Director, Non-Interest Banking (Hybrid)

Job Description
- The Managing Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall stewardship of the Bank, ensuring sustainable profitability, regulatory compliance, sound risk governance, and adherence to non-interest/Islamic banking principles.
- The role drives execution of Board-approved strategy, business growth, financial performance, digital transformation, operational resilience, and stakeholder confidence.
- Key responsibilities include governance oversight, regulatory engagement, risk management, balance sheet optimization, market expansion, treasury and liquidity management, talent development, and Shari’ah compliance.
- The position requires extensive banking experience, strong commercial acumen, executive leadership capability, and deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and non-interest banking practices.
