Admin Officer

About the Role

• We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin Officer to support the day-to-day administrative operations of our organization in Ibafo and surrounding areas.
• The ideal candidate will ensure efficient office management, coordinate administrative activities, and provide support to various departments to maintain smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative and office operations.
• Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
• Support HR and finance functions with administrative tasks.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
• Assist in the implementation of operational processes that improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Ibafo or its environs.
