Marketer / Sales Executive
Galaxy La-Palm Royal Resort
Job Purpose
- To drive the hotel’s revenue by promoting its rooms, restaurants, conference and event facilities, spa, and other services, while building strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy.
- Identify and acquire new corporate, individual, group, and event clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Promote hotel rooms, banqueting, conferences, restaurants, spa, and other facilities.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Promote the hotel through appropriate digital, social media, corporate, and traditional marketing channels.
- Meet assigned monthly sales targets and provide regular sales and marketing reports to management.
Requirements
- BSc Degree. in Marketing, Hospitality, Retail, Service Management, or a related field with 10-12 years experience
- Excellent Communication Skill
- Customer Relationship Management
- Persuasion & Negoitiation Skills
- Target Oriented mindset
- Problem sloving skill
- Sales & Business Development Skills
