Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager

- We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence, grow our online community, and drive customer acquisition.
- You will own our digital footprint across all major social channels and lead targeted campaigns to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Content Creation: Plan, create, and manage engaging daily content (copy, imagery, and video) tailored to platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and Facebook.
- Paid Campaigns: Design, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive lead generation and sales.
- Community Management: Monitor brand mentions, engage with followers, and foster a vibrant, active online community.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, traffic, and conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, providing monthly performance reports.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social platforms to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 6 - 8 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role (agency or in-house).
- Skills: Proficiency in paid social/search campaign management, SEO/SEM best practices, and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Communication: Exceptional copywriting, editing, and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and pivot strategies based on insights.
