Mechanical & Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ensure all M&E systems operate efficiently and comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical faults promptly.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors on installation and maintenance activities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
- Prepare maintenance reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support project execution involving mechanical and electrical engineering works.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years' relevant experience in construction, facility management, or a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
Salary
N500,000 per month.
