Dispatch Rider

Responsibilities
- Deliver products, documents, and other assigned items to designated locations promptly and safely.
- Verify delivery items, quantities, and customer details before departure.
- Obtain appropriate customer confirmation, signatures, or proof of delivery for completed deliveries.
- Handle company products and customer items with care to prevent damage, loss, or contamination.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, expenses, fuel usage, and other assigned logistics activities.
- Conduct routine checks on the motorcycle and promptly report mechanical faults or maintenance needs.
- Observe all road safety regulations and use appropriate protective equipment while riding.
- Maintain professional conduct and communicate respectfully with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Follow approved routes, delivery schedules, and instructions from the supervisor.
- Report delays, accidents, delivery challenges, customer complaints, or other incidents to the appropriate supervisor.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned motorcycle and delivery equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management or the line manager.
Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 monthly.
