Inventory Officer

Job Summary

• HRLeverage Africa, a pan African workforce management company is recruiting for a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory/Logistics Officer for its Client who is into the Fashion Industry to manage stock and oversee the movement of goods within its fashion business.
• The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, timely deliveries, and smooth coordination between the store, production, and customers.

Role Responsibilities

• Keep accurate records of all inventory (fabrics, finished products, and accessories).
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate deliveries to customers, stores, and other locations.
• Work with dispatch riders and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Track stock movement and maintain proper documentation.
• Prepare basic inventory and logistics reports.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of items to prevent damage or loss.

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years experience in inventory or logistics (fashion industry is a plus).
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Good Communication and team work skills.

Salary
N120,000 per month.
