ICT Officer (Fullstack Web and App Developer)

Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive ICT Officer with strong Full-stack web and App development experience to join our team and provide reliable technology support across our hospitality and leisure operations, including hotels, malls, lounges, water parks, supermarkets, and game centers.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, POS systems, CCTV systems, networks, and other ICT equipment.
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues promptly.
• Monitor and maintain internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, and other network infrastructure.
• Support POS, payment, ticketing, access-control, and other technology systems used across our facilities.
• Assist with the maintenance and monitoring of CCTV and security technology.
• Manage user accounts, system access, backups, software installations, and basic cybersecurity requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems while minimizing disruption to business operations.
• Maintain accurate records of ICT equipment, software, licenses, repairs, and maintenance.
• Work with vendors and service providers when specialized technical support is required.
• Train and assist employees in the proper use of ICT systems and equipment.
• Ensure ICT systems are properly maintained, secure, and available for daily operations.
• Carry out other ICT-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in ICT support, preferably within hospitality, retail, entertainment, or a similar multi-site environment.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with POS systems, CCTV, printers, routers, switches, and other business technology is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and system backups.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to technical issues.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
• Experience in financial institution tech is also an added advantage.
