Job Description
- Recognized fitness, Pilates, strength, wellness coaching, or related qualification appropriate to assigned modalities; current CPR/first-aid certification preferred or required by company policy.
- Demonstrated coaching presence, safe cueing, exercise modification, group management, and client communication skills.
- Ability to interpret basic progress information within coaching scope and explain it clearly without diagnosing or prescribing medical treatment.
- Comfort using scheduling, attendance, progress-tracking, client relationship, and reporting systems.
- Willingness to complete Asa Luxe Method, pathway, retention, data, safety, and modality-specific certification.
Salary
N200,000 - N220,000 monthly.
