Settlement and Reconciliation Officer
Avetium Outsourcing Limited
Responsibilities
- Transaction Matching: Verify that incoming and outgoing transaction records from back-office systems match subsidiary ledgers.
- Dispute Resolution: Investigate discrepancies ("breaks") and resolve electronic transfer and payment issues with banks and partners.
- Account Balancing: Forecast and balance daily movements on bank accounts using advanced spreadsheets.
- Reporting: Assist with month-end and year-end closes while preparing management reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a settlement and reconciliation officer
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERPs, and accounting software.
- High mathematical aptitude, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
Salary
N193,000 monthly.
