Capital Acquisition Project Manager (Remote)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a Capital Acquisition Project Manager to drive investor sourcing, fundraising, deal pipeline management, and capital acquisition activities.
- The ideal candidate will identify and engage investors, manage funding opportunities, support due diligence and investment documentation, and drive qualified opportunities toward investment commitments and successful closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage investors, DFIs, PE/VC firms, family offices, banks, and strategic funding partners.
- Build and manage the investor and capital acquisition pipeline.
- Lead investor outreach, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Manage opportunities through due diligence, term sheets, and closing.
- Support financial models, business cases, investment proposals, and pitch decks.
- Analyse project financials, funding requirements, returns, and investment structures.
- Conduct market research to identify funding and investment opportunities.
- Maintain accurate investor records and provide regular pipeline reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Investment Management, Project Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in capital raising, investment, fundraising, financial services, business development, or consulting.
- Proven experience in investor sourcing, fundraising, or deal origination.
- Strong knowledge of finance, investment analysis, and project finance.
- Excellent commercial, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.

Salary
N400,000 per month.
