Salary: NGN 250,000 Net

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and commercially minded Business Manager to oversee daily business operations, drive revenue growth, and support the achievement of organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing business performance, strengthening customer and supplier relationships, improving operational efficiency, and leading teams to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
  
• Drive sales performance across product lines and identify opportunities for business expansion.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  
• Monitor operational activities and ensure business targets and profitability objectives are achieved.
  
• Lead, supervise, and support administrative, sales, and operational teams to drive performance.
  
• Prepare periodic business reports, sales updates, and performance analysis for management review.
  
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels for business growth.
  
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and continuous improvement of business processes.
  
• Track industry trends and recommend initiatives to maintain competitive advantage.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
  
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in a Business Management, Operations, Sales, or related managerial role.
  
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and manage cross-functional teams.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  
• Good analytical and reporting skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, distribution, or a related industry is an added advantage.
  
• Knowledge of social media marketing and digital business development will be an added advantage.
