Responsibilities and Duties
- Create promotions and advertisements plans for property sales and services.
- Network and attend client meetings leading up to sales.
- Identify, Understand and manage client’s property needs in order to meet them.
- Facilitate site visits by clients before closing sales.
- Oversee the preparation and drafting of sales documents.
- Closing deals and ensuring payments.
- Following up on delayed payments.
- Generate leads and covert to sales.
- Conduct Research and Surveys to position the firm above its competitors.
- Conduct inspection of sites and property to ensure condition before client visits.
- Liaise between all stakeholders involved in sales activities.
- Handle client relations and enquiries.
