Senior Real Estate Marketer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Senior Real Estate Marketer to lead property marketing and sales initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, closing property sales, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- The candidate must possess extensive knowledge of the Lagos real estate market and demonstrate a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive property sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market prospecting.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into buyers and investors.
- Conduct property inspections and presentations for prospective clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and corporate organizations.
- Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate property transactions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and property advertisements.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after property transactions.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry engagements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of proven experience in real estate marketing and sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market, particularly residential and commercial property sales.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
