Job Summary

• We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Furniture Showroom Officer to manage showroom activities, attend to customers, promote furniture products, and drive sales.
• The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in the showroom.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable furniture products.
• Explain product features, prices, materials, and available options.
• Drive showroom sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain proper display and presentation of furniture products.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with relevant teams for delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer enquiries, and transactions.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback on market trends.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Requirements

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in showroom sales, furniture sales, retail sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Presentable, confident, and proactive.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced showroom environment.
