Legal & Operations Intern

Role Overview

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal and Operations Intern to support the organisation’s legal documentation, administrative processes, and daily business operations.
• The ideal candidate should be organised, willing to learn, and able to handle confidential information professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, reviewing, organising, and maintaining legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Support the preparation and filing of NDAs, letters, reports, and other official documents.
• Conduct basic legal research and assist with compliance-related activities.
• Maintain accurate records of legal documents and operational activities.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
• Assist with coordinating daily operational tasks and following up on assigned activities.
• Support internal process improvement and ensure proper documentation of business procedures.
• Liaise with relevant team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Handle confidential company information with discretion.
• Perform other legal, administrative, and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A Degree in Law (LL.B) or currently pursuing a law degree.
• Strong interest in legal practice, business operations, and corporate administration.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of legal documentation, contracts, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work with minimal supervision.
• A willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
