Administrative Executive Support

Duties
- Calendar & Schedule Optimization: Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and arrange travel itineraries.
- Communication & Correspondence: Screen incoming phone calls, filter and prioritize emails, draft memos, and act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Document & Report Preparation: Draft, edit, and format presentations, board meeting packs, spreadsheets, and routine operational reports.
- Office & Resource Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, facility requests, and vendor or supplier.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 - 10 years experience.
