Job Summary
- We are currently recruiting an experienced Facility Officer to support our restaurant operations at Lagos Island.
- The ideal candidate should be based in Lagos Island.
Job Description
Facility and Assets:
- Identify and collate minor and major facilities issues, ranging from electrical, mechanical to structural repairs to minimize operations or equipment breakdown
- Inspect materials and equipment prior to use or installation to ensure they meet specific
- Fix minor electrical and electronics issue across the outlets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of B.Sc. / HND certification in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical Engineeringor related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a facility management role
- Practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical (heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems; plumbing system)
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office
- Working knowledge of water treatment system will be an advantage
- Knowledge of land and environment statutory laws
- Candidates should be based on the island.
Salary
N200,000 - N240,000 per month.
