Business Development Associate (NYSC)

Job Summary
- We are a fast-growing technology startup committed to building innovative and intuitive solutions that transform the way businesses and individuals operate.
- As we continue to expand, we are seeking ambitious, articulate, and highly driven NYSC Corps Members to join our Business Development team.
- As a Business Development Associate, you will be on the front lines of our growth engine. Your job is to identify new business opportunities, pitch our tech solutions to B2B clients, and help close deals that drive company revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential corporate clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
- High-Impact Pitching: Conduct B2B presentations, product demonstrations, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with newly onboarded clients to ensure long-term value.
- Market Feedback: Gather insights from the field and collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to refine our offerings.
Requirements
- You must be a current Corps Member looking for a Primary Assignment (PPA) for your service year.
- Absolute fluency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.
- You must be able to write professional, persuasive business proposals and speak with total clarity and confidence.
- Exceptional ability to present ideas, captivate an audience, and confidently handle objections during a pitch.
- Highly resilient, comfortable with cold calling/outreach, and driven by targets.
- A corporate-ready demeanor suitable for representing the company in high-level business meetings.
