Project Architect
Beveledge Interior Designs (Lagos and Ogun)
Job Description
- The Project Architect is responsible for coordinating furniture and interior projects from design and site measurement through production and installation.
- The role involves working closely with clients and the Design, Production, and Installation teams to make sure every project is delivered according to the approved design, measurements, specifications, and agreed timeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Must be a registered Architect or eligible for registration with ARCON.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in architecture, interior design, furniture, fit-out, or project coordination.
- Experience with furniture production or interior fit-out projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or relevant design software.
- Good understanding of furniture detailing, materials, measurements, and production processes used in furniture production.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail, with the ability to balance form and function in designs.
- Familiarity with sustainability principles and a commitment to eco-friendly design practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to convey design concepts effectively to cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, including task prioritization, meeting deadlines, and adapting to evolving project requirements.
Salary Range
N400,000 - N500,000 / Month
