Operations Manager

Job Summary
- As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily business operations to ensure efficient service delivery, operational excellence, and exceptional client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end to end operational processes to ensure efficient production, timely project delivery, and excellent service quality
- Develop and implement operational strategies that improve productivity, optimize resources, and enhance overall business performance
- Coordinate with production, sales, and client service teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and high client satisfaction
- Monitor operational performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an operations management role within the Printing industry
- Proven experience overseeing production operations, workflow management, and client service delivery in a printing environment
- Strong understanding of printing operations, production planning, quality control, inventory coordination, and process optimization.
Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
