Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in the tiles and building materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, expanding market presence, and leading sales activities to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and grow new business opportunities within the building materials and tiles market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, developers, and retail customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements with clients.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client issues.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve product visibility and customer satisfaction.
• Drive showroom and field sales activities to maximize revenue generation.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 510 years of sales experience in the building materials or tiles industry.
• Strong understanding of tiles products, market trends, and distribution channels.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership and business development abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
