- We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion across Lagos for FMCG products.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing distributors, achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, and leading the regional sales team to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve regional sales targets.
- Manage and develop distributor and customer relationships across Lagos.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Develop and execute sales and market penetration strategies.
- Ensure effective product availability and visibility within assigned territories.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
- Conduct regular market visits and support distributors in achieving business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7–10 years’ sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience managing regional sales operations and distributor networks.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
