Territory Development Officer (TDO)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities, customer needs, and growth potential within the assigned territory.
- Identify and map tricycle parks, key stakeholders, and prospective customers.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, maintaining accurate customer information and regular engagement.
- Achieve monthly client acquisition and sales targets.
- Collaborate with Credit and Collections teams to support customer onboarding and portfolio performance.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and financing terms, and provide regular market intelligence reports and recommendations.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
- 2–5 years' experience in field sales, business development, microfinance, asset finance, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to generate leads, build and manage sales pipelines, and convert prospects into customers.
- Experience working with informal, semi-formal, or small business markets is an added advantage.
