Regional Sales Manager - South South

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion across the South South region.
- The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the plastics manufacturing industry, with a proven ability to manage distributors, develop key accounts, and achieve regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers across the South South region.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
- Drive sales of plastic products across sectors including furniture, water storage tanks, pipes and conduits, flooring, domestic products, and other specialty products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
- Lead and support sales teams to achieve assigned targets.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market updates for management.
- Conduct regular market visits and ensure strong product visibility and distribution within the territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably within the plastics manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience managing sales across the South South region.
- Strong distributor/ dealer network and knowledge of regional markets.
- Experience selling plastic products, building materials, industrial products, or related products is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, communication, relationship management, and business development skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage targets, and travel extensively across the region.
Salary
N700,000 – N800,000 Gross Monthly.
