Finance Officer
Petrogap Oil & Gas Limited
Job purpose
- To support the organization's financial operations by ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, timely processing of transactions, effective budget monitoring, regulatory compliance, and the preparation of reliable financial reports that support informed business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Process payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and statutory remittances.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance.
- Relevant professional certification preferred (ACA, ACCA).
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
Technical Competencies:
- Financial Reporting.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable.
- Budgeting & Forecasting.
- Financial Analysis & Reconciliation.
- Accounting Systems & Tax Compliance.
Salary
Negotiable.
