Who Should Apply

• Bachelor's degree or HND in a relevant discipline
• Completed NYSC, or currently serving with a clear completion date
• Not more than two to three years post-NYSC — this programme is designed for early-career graduates
• Strong numerical, analytical and written communication ability
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Willingness to be based in Akure, Ondo State, and to work in a manufacturing environment
• Evidence of achievement outside the classroom — projects, internships, leadership, competitions, certifications
