Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced, highly driven, and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing function, drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and strengthen our position as a trusted luxury real estate brand.
• The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive the sale of luxury developments, generate qualified leads, build strategic partnerships, and enhance the company’s brand visibility.
• The successful candidate will lead the sales team, cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, real estate brokers, and corporate organizations, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Drive the sale of luxury residential and commercial developments across the company’s portfolio.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and ensure timely conversion into sales.
• Negotiate and close high-value property transactions while maintaining exceptional customer experience.
• Develop referral and partnership programmes with real estate brokers, wealth managers, financial institutions, relocation firms, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct property presentations, private inspections, investment consultations, and client meetings.

Marketing & Brand Management:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that position the company as a leading luxury real estate developer.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, website content, SEO, and online advertising.
• Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to produce premium marketing materials, brochures, videos, and property presentations.
• Plan and coordinate project launches, open houses, property exhibitions, networking events, and investor engagement programmes.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients throughout the customer journey.
• Ensure prompt response to enquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
• Manage customer feedback and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, clients, and sales activities using CRM systems.

Leadership & Reporting:

• Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives.
• Develop performance targets and monitor team productivity.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and marketing reports.
• Analyse sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI), making recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with executive management on pricing strategies, product positioning, and market expansion initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The successful candidate will be evaluated based on, but not limited to, the following:

• Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets.
• Number and value of luxury property sales closed.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Economics, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in luxury real estate, property development, banking, hospitality, or other premium lifestyle sectors.
• A postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
