- Professional certification/membership with CMI, NIM, or equivalent .
- 15–20 years’ relevant experience , including 6–10 years in senior management , preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or a reputable multinational.
- Proven expertise in manufacturing, sales, distribution, marketing, business development, and personnel management .
- Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, strategic planning, and decision-making .
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, profitability, operational efficiency, and overall business performance .
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills , with the ability to manage teams and multiple functions effectively.
- Preferred age range: 45–65 years , reflecting the level of maturity and experience required for high-level strategic and operational decision-making.
