Maintenance Personnel - Plumber

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our hotel’s maintenance team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of all plumbing systems and fixtures within the hotel, ensuring uninterrupted water supply, proper drainage, and guest comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, pipes, fixtures, and fittings across the hotel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to water supply, drainage systems, and sewage lines.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
- Maintain and service water heaters, pumps, valves, and other related equipment.
- Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests related to plumbing.
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and hotel standards.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts used.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to support overall facility operations.
- Advise management on plumbing-related upgrades, improvements, and cost-saving measures.
- Handle tools and equipment safely while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma, Certificate, or Technical Training in Plumbing or a related field with 1 – 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience, preferably in a hotel, commercial, or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply, and drainage maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and plumbing diagrams.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification or license as a plumber (preferred).
