• We are looking for a sharp, data-informed, and fast-moving Talent Acquisition Analyst who thrives in a high-tempo, client-facing recruitment environment. You are not just a resume-sorter; you are a strategic talent scout and pipeline analyst who understands how to map talent markets, evaluate competencies, and fill critical roles with speed and mathematical precision.
• In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycles across diverse client industries (FMCG, Tech, Banking, Oil & Gas, Logistics).
• You will pair aggressive sourcing strategies with analytical rigor—tracking Time-to-Fill, Placement Fulfillment Ratios, and Candidate Quality Metrics. If you have a passion for uncovering passive top-tier talent, conducting rigorous competency-based interviews, and managing tight client SLAs, your seat is ready.

What You'll Do
End-to-End Talent Sourcing & Lifecycle Management:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment Execution: Own the complete recruitment journey for assigned client mandates—from initial job briefing and candidate mapping to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Proactive & Passive Sourcing: Utilize advanced headhunting techniques, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, and industry networks to uncover top-tier passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Competency-Based Screening: Conduct thorough, structured pre-screening and behavioral interview sessions to evaluate candidate fit against technical, cultural, and client-specific requirements.

Talent Analytics & ATS Discipline:

• Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and optimize key hiring metrics including Time-to-Fill (TTF), Cost-per-Hire, Shortlist-to-Offer ratios, and Placement Success rates.
• ATS Data Mastery: Maintain 100% data hygiene within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate pipelines, feedback logs, and client notes are updated in real-time.
• Market Mapping & Intelligence: Conduct talent landscape research, compensation benchmarking, and talent availability analyses to guide client expectations and strategic sourcing strategies.

Client Alignment & Candidate Experience:

• Client Advisory: Partner directly with corporate client hiring managers to refine job specifications, set realistic hiring timelines, and deliver calibrated candidate shortlists.
• Red-Carpet Candidate Journey: Ensure an exceptional, transparent candidate experience throughout the evaluation cycle, building EISS's reputation as a candidate-first talent advisory.

What We're Looking For
Professional & Technical Strengths:

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related Social Science discipline.
• Core Recruitment Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience within an HR consultancy, agency, or high-volume corporate talent acquisition setup.
• Experience: 1-2 years in core TA
• Sourcing Savvy: Proven mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, ATS management, and modern sourcing tools.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data to evaluate hiring funnels, track candidate conversions, and generate client-ready pipeline reports.

• High Velocity & Execution: Thrives under pressure, capable of managing multiple active recruitment briefs across different sectors simultaneously without compromising on quality.
• Incisive Evaluation: Sharp intuition and structured methodology for evaluating candidate capabilities, work ethic, and cultural alignment.
• Fluid Communication: Articulate presentation skills; comfortable managing candidate expectations and pushing back constructively on client hiring managers when needed.

Compensation
N150,000 Gross Monthly + Variable pay
