Field Sales Representative - Dry Hair Category

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outlet Market Sales Representative (OMSR) to drive sales and distribution of our dry hair product range within the said locations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, increasing product visibility, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell dry hair products to wholesalers and retailers within the assigned markets.
- Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure product availability and visibility at customer outlets.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in any discipline.
- 1–2 years' sales experience in FMCG or the beauty/personal care industry is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Agbeni and Bodija markets is highly desirable.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / month.
