- Responsible for daily administrative affairs and document organization and archiving in the office.
- Assist employees in attendance, leave requests, personnel information, and related administrative management work.
- Responsible for the procurement, inventory, and requisition management of office supplies, daily necessities, etc.
- Assist in arranging logistical affairs such as employee accommodation, catering, transportation, etc.
- Assist in employee management tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Responsible for daily administrative data statistics, report production, and data updates.
- Assist in communicating and coordinating with local governments, suppliers, and other external units.
- Complete other administrative and logistical tasks assigned by superiors.
- Understanding Chinese can increase salary
