Procurement Officer

Description
- We are looking for a proactive, detail oriented, and experienced
Preauratint Offficer to mange sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships while ensuring cost effective procurement processes that support smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
- Source and purchase food, beverages, and operational supplies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable pricing
- Ensure all purchases meet quality standards and company requrem
- Monitor stock levels with the Inventory Officer to prevent shortages
- Track deliveries and resolve supplier-related isues
- Maintain procurement records and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good organizational and analytical abilities
- Experience in procurement or purchasing roles
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting
- Hospitality industry experience is an advantage
