- Relevant kitchen or stewarding experience.
- Knowledge of sanitation and cleaning procedures.
- Safe chemical handling and proper equipment care.
- Reliability and attention to detail.
- Supervisory experience preferred for leadership roles.
- Proven experience in a five-star hotel environment.
- Experience within a reputable international hotel group or recognised international hotel brand is preferred.
