Assistant Sales Manager (Edo)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field.
- 5-10 years cognitive experience in similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
- Driving experience required.
- Guiding, motivating, and supervising the sales team, providing incentives to help them meet and exceed their individual and team sales targets.
- Monitoring the daily performance of the sales team, conducting regular check-ins and performance evaluations, and addressing performance issues or conflicts.
- Coordinating day-to-day sales operations, including creating staff schedules and ensuring adequate floor coverage.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
