Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, professional, and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to manage customer interactions, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to maintain professionalism while attending to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries via phone calls, social media, email, and walk-ins
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up on customer requests and pending issues
- Keep proper records of customer interactions and transactions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Support sales and administrative activities when required
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND qualification
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media communication
- Must be smart, proactive, and customer-oriented
- Candidate must not be above 35 years of age.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly (Based on experience).
