Senior Human Resources Officer

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced, proactive HR Generalist with strong expertise in Training & Development to support key HR functions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and support recruitment and onboarding.
- Oversee performance management, including appraisals and improvement plans.
- Conduct training needs assessments, design learning programs, and support career development initiatives.
- Maintain HR records, generate reports, and provide guidance to managers and staff on HR matters.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years' progressive HR experience (In Healthcare is an added advantage) with notable exposure to Training & Development.
- Previous experience in the healthcare is a plus
- Sound knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and performance management.
