Job Description
- We are seeking experienced and hands-on Technical Officers to join our team in delivering cutting-edge fleet management and telematics solutions across various locations in Nigeria.
- If you have experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining vehicle tracking and telematics devices, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Install GPS tracking and telematics devices on vehicles
- Configure, test, and commission tracking solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and connectivity issues
- Install and maintain speed limiter devices
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of installed equipment
- Support customers with technical issues and system usage
- Ensure installations meet company and regulatory standards
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- Experience installing GPS trackers, telematics systems, or automotive electronics
- Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and wiring
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Good communication and customer service skills
