Role Summary

  • Drive high-value property sales, acquire high-net-worth (HNW) clients, and convert luxury residential and off-plan real estate deals across Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and convert HNW individuals, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct site visits, property inspections, and executive-level pitch presentations.
  • Manage end-to-end sales pipelines, from lead generation to contract negotiations and closing.
  • Execute targeted sales strategies for completed luxury developments and off-plan projects.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, Business, Estate Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in Abuja luxury real estate sales.
  • Track Record: Proven success closing properties valued at ₦100M+ (both off-plan and completed).
  • Location: Must currently reside in Abuja.
  • Skills: High-level negotiation, deal closing, and executive client relationship management.

Compensation
Highly Competitive Base (Negotiable) + 5% Commission | Pool Car Provided
