Sales Officer

Summary

• We are looking for a high-performing Sales Officer with a strong background in financial services sales and an established network of business owners and entrepreneurs
• The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with importers, distributors, traders, and businesses that import goods from China, and be capable of leveraging these connections to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients within the Aba business community.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, distributors, traders, and business owners.
• Leverage existing contacts and networks to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.
• Promote the company’s financial products/services to prospective clients.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging business opportunities.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and drive customer retention.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales activities and performance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably within financial services, fintech, banking, lending, payments, or related sectors.
• Strong existing network and contacts among businesses in Aba.
• Experience dealing with importers, particularly businesses that import goods from China, is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Aba business and commercial environment.
• Ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and convert leads into clients.
• Candidates with an established B2B client network in Aba will be strongly preferred.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
